Toronto first, and the estates around it

We are based in Toronto and most of our work is within the city's older neighbourhoods, where slate, tile and copper roofs were built to begin with. We also travel to select estate properties across the Greater Toronto Area.

City of Toronto

Neighbourhoods we know roof by roof

Toronto's pre-war neighbourhoods share a building stock: Edwardian and Victorian brick, Tudor revival, Georgian and Arts & Crafts, roofed originally in slate, clay tile and cedar. We have worked on hundreds of them and understand their quirks: plank decks, unvented attics, chimney-heavy rooflines and, increasingly, heritage designation.

Estate and lakefront properties across the GTA

Beyond the city we work on estate, equestrian and lakefront properties where the scale of the roof and the quality of the architecture call for our materials. Lake Ontario exposure in Oakville and Burlington, and open-country wind loads in King and Caledon, shape how we specify each roof.

  • Vaughan (Kleinburg, Woodbridge)
  • King City
  • Richmond Hill
  • Aurora
  • Markham (Unionville)
  • Caledon

  • Uxbridge

Outside these areas we consider projects case by case. Muskoka and Prince Edward County cottages are quoted on request.

Let's talk about your roof

A consultation with a project director is complimentary and without obligation. We'll walk the property, survey the roof by drone and tell you honestly what it needs.
