24/7 emergency roofing

When the roof fails, we answer

Wind off the lake, an ice storm, a chimney flashing that finally lets go at two in the morning. Our emergency crew is on call every hour of the year across Toronto and the GTA. We turn up ready to stop the water first and talk about the roof second.

Response

What happens when you call

  1. Triage by phone

A roofer answers, not a call centre. We work out how urgent it is, tell you how to control the water inside the house, and send a truck.

    Minutes
  2. Arrive & stabilise

Reinforced tarps, temporary membranes and sandbagging to stop water entry. Interior water mitigation partner on call for ceilings and flooring.

    Same day
  3. Document

Drone and ground photography of all damage, written cause-of-loss report, and itemised estimate in the format Ontario insurers expect.

    48 hours
  4. Permanent repair

Repairs in the roof's original materials, scheduled at your convenience once the adjuster has signed off. We deal with the insurer directly if you prefer.

Common emergencies

Toronto's usual suspects

  • Wind damage from Lake Ontario storms: lifted slates, torn metal, displaced ridge caps
  • Ice dams backing meltwater under the roof covering and into upper-floor ceilings
  • Ice storm loading on eavestroughs, tree limbs through roofs
  • Flat roof flooding when drains freeze or clog under snow
  • Chimney and flashing failure after freeze-thaw fatigue
  • Hail fracturing tile, denting metal, bruising asphalt

While you wait: place a bucket under the leak and, if the ceiling is bulging, puncture it with a screwdriver at the lowest point to release water in a controlled way. Move valuables and photograph everything for your claim. Do not go on the roof.

Questions

Emergencies, answered

Do you charge an emergency call-out fee?

Yes, a fixed call-out fee covers arrival and stabilisation, quoted before we dispatch. It is credited against the permanent repair if you proceed with us, and it is typically recoverable under your insurance policy.

Will you work with my insurance company?

Routinely. Our reports are written for adjusters, we attend adjuster inspections on request, and we bill the insurer directly where the policy allows.

Do you respond outside Toronto?

Yes, across the GTA including Oakville, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham and Burlington. Response times outside the city are longer in major storms; we prioritise active water entry.

Let's talk about your roof

A consultation with a project director is complimentary and without obligation. We'll walk the property, survey the roof by drone and tell you honestly what it needs.
