Most leaks get misdiagnosed the first time, which is why homeowners tend to call us second. We use a drone survey, infrared moisture imaging and a lot of accumulated instinct to find the actual fault, then fix it in the same materials the roof was built with.

What we repair and maintain
Forensic leak diagnosis
Drone survey, infrared moisture scan and water testing to locate the source, not the symptom. Written report with photographs within 48 hours.
Slate & tile repair
Broken, slipped and delaminated slates replaced with matched salvaged stone using copper or stainless hooks. Clay tile re-bedding and replacement.
Flashing & chimney work
Chimney saddles, crickets, step and counter-flashings renewed in copper. Masonry repointing and cap replacement coordinated with our masons.
Cedar restoration
Cleaning, treatment and selective shake replacement; ridge and hip renewal; moss and algae control.
Ice dam remediation
Safe steam removal in winter, followed by root-cause correction: air sealing, insulation, ventilation and eave membranes. Read our guide.
Skylights & penetrations
Velux and custom skylight replacement, curb and flashing kits, plumbing stack and vent re-flashing.
Care plans
Annual care that protects the roof and its warranty
A good roof rewards attention. Care Plan customers get a spring and an autumn visit every year: inspection, eavestroughs cleared, valleys swept, sealant and fasteners renewed, ventilation checked, and a drone-documented condition report you can hand to your insurer or the next owner.
Care Plan clients also receive priority scheduling in storm season and a preferred rate on any repair. Plans are available for roofs we installed and for roofs we did not.

Repairs, answered
How quickly can you inspect a leak?
Non-urgent inspections are booked within the week. An active leak is handled by our emergency crew, typically the same day.
Do you repair roofs installed by other companies?
Yes. Roughly half of our repair work is on roofs we did not install, including many premium roofs let down by poor flashing or ventilation.
Will a repair affect my existing warranty?
We review your existing warranty terms first and work within them. Where a manufacturer requires a certified installer for warranty-preserving repairs, we hold those certifications.
How often should a Toronto roof be inspected?
Twice a year: after winter to catch freeze-thaw damage, and in autumn before snow. Also after any storm with winds above 80 km/h or hail.
